Where are the toilets and the baby changing/feeding facilities located?

The toilets and baby changing facilities are located on the top floor of Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre, and are just on the left after you ascend the stairs. There is a 20c charge to access the toilets, which goes to their maintenance and upkeep. However, if you present a receipt from one of the centre’s cafes you can access the toilets for free.

Where would you recommend to eat?

Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre has many places to grab a bite. From bars to restaurants and cafes to confectionary, you really can’t go wrong. Why not check our recently opened Green and Baker Food Village, where you can sample everything from Asian to American cuisine, which is infused with only the freshest and finest locally sourced ingredients.

Can I gain access to the car parks out of trading hours?

There is 24 hour access to QPark parking at the Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre. After access is via Mercer Street.

Where are the ATMs?

You can find Bank of Ireland ATMs on the ground floor of Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre, just right inside our King Street South entrance and located close to ‘Bags in the City’ and ‘Circus’. Most of our retailers have, debit, credit and easy pay facilities for your convenience.

Do you have a post office?

Unfortunately not, but  there is An Post mail box located on the ground floor close to the entrance of Dunnes Stores.

Do you have WIFI?

Free WIFI throughout the  Centre.

Do you have a supermarket?

Ireland’s favourite retailer, Dunnes Stores, has a top-quality supermarket in its basement. Just enter Dunnes on the ground floor and directions to the supermarket are well sign-posted.

What are the centre’s opening hours?

Our opening hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday through to Saturday and 11 AM to 6 PM on a Sunday. However, some of our retailers do open a little earlier or later. Check out individual retailers on this website to find out exact opening hours for each. We extend our opening hours for the Christmas period and post these times in the News and Events section of this website.

What are the nearest transport links?

Stephen’s Green shopping centre is well-served by a number of different transport links. Dublin Bus provide a number of routes to the St. Stephen’s Green area, including the numbers 11 (towards Wadelai Park), 116 (towards Parnell Square), 118 (towards D’Olier St.) and the number 46A (towards Phoenix Park).

The Luas (tram system) green line stops directly opposite our front door, and there are also a number of taxi ranks dotted around the St. Stephen’s Green Area.

If you’re feeling fit, you can cycle to the Stephen’s Green Shopping centre using the Dublin Bike Scheme, which has a number of depots located around the St. Stephen’s Green area.

Our QPark car park is open round the clock, and offers easy access to the Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre.

Where are the lifts?

Lifts are located on each floor and provide ease of access to all shopping areas and our car park.

Is there a public telephone?

There are numerous pay phones located around the Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre. Take a stroll around, you can’t miss them.

Where do I go if I’ve lost or found something?

If you have lost or found something, approach one of our security-team and they’ll happily assist you. Failing this, contact the centre’s management office on (01) 4780888.

Are there seating areas?

There are a number of seating areas located around the centre for your comfort. Take some time out and watch Dublin go by in the beautiful Stephen’s Green Shopping centre.
